cANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellation be made with adequate notice.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS - will incur a 50% charge of the base service price, to be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

NO-CALL/NO SHOW - will incur a 100% charge of the base service price, to be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

To ensure a calm, elevated experience for every guest, we kindly request that appointments be attended without additional GUESTS or children unless they are scheduled for a service. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful salon environment.

HB & Co. requires a credit to be on file in order to book any service.
